Formula

How to Calculate College Attendance

Attendance Percentage Formula
Attendance % = (Classes Attended ÷ Total Classes) × 100
Example: 60 attended out of 80 total = (60 ÷ 80) × 100 = 75.00%
Classes Needed to Reach 75% (if below)
Classes Needed = ⌈(0.75 × Total − Attended) ÷ 0.25⌉
Example: Attended 40 out of 80 (50%) → Need: (0.75×80−40)/0.25 = 20 more classes
