Formula: Percentage = (Marks Obtained ÷ Maximum Marks) × 100. Example: 450 out of 500 = (450/500) × 100 = 90%.
What is the CBSE Class 10 passing percentage?
CBSE requires a minimum of 33% in each subject and 33% overall to pass. Students must appear in all 5 mandatory subjects.
How is Tamil Nadu SSLC percentage calculated?
TN SSLC has 6 subjects. Total marks = 600. Percentage = (Total obtained / 600) × 100. Minimum passing = 35 out of 100 per subject.
What is distinction percentage?
Generally, scoring 75% or above is considered First Class with Distinction in Indian schools. Some boards set the distinction mark at 60%, 70%, or 80%.
How is Plus Two percentage calculated in Kerala?
